A supportive group created for mothers navigating the emotional changes that come with early motherhood. This compassionate, nonjudgmental space offers an opportunity to connect with other moms while working through anxiety, identity shifts, relationship changes, overwhelm, and the often invisible mental load of motherhood. Together, we’ll focus on feeling more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself and to others.
A compassionate and supportive group for those grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. This group provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to connect with others who understand the unique and often complicated emotions that can follow suicide loss including grief, anger, guilt, unanswered questions, and loneliness. Together, we’ll create space to honor your loved one, process your grief at your own pace, and find support as you learn to carry your loss while moving forward.
At Journey, we believe no one should have to navigate their journey alone. Our groups offer a warm, supportive space to feel understood, build meaningful connections, and grow alongside others who truly get it. Sometimes, healing begins simply by knowing you’re not alone.
